Where do the children meet? Children, infants through 5th grades, meet in the Kid's Club 360 on the wing to the right of the lobby as you enter the building.
How will you contact me if my child needs me? Each child signs in upon arrival and receives a sticker with a number on it. If your child becomes inconsolable or unwell, there is a monitor located on the right hand side of the stage in the auditorium which will display your child's number. If your child's number appears on the monitor, please return to the room where you dropped him or her off and pick them up.
How do parents keep involved in the children's weekly activities? Each week when you pick up your child, your child's teacher will hand you a parent flyer. This is a summary of what your child learned during the worship service, along with some ideas to incorporate the lesson into your child's life.
What kind of security check do the volunteers go through? Screening for all volunteers includes background, legal and reference checks, as well as personal training from the Children's Team.
How can I volunteer in Children's Ministry? There are many ways to serve! Greeting families, writing cards, teaching, co-teaching, leading worship, preparing crafts, preparing snacks, or being on a construction team. For more information on how you can be involved, email the Children's Ministry Director, Lori Cartmill.
